★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice gym that i go to. Has all the basic fitness machines that one would require. There are ample machines for cardio and a good variety of weight and body building machines. The only downside is the lack of proper ventilation which i feel makes it feel a little stuffed.
The staff is good and they do assist when needed. They also insist on their personal trainer program which is pricey but good for the serious body builder.
They have an excellent one year offer which is hard to resist.
If you're looking for a gym with all the basic equipment, ample space and affordability, this is your place in Gottigere Bannerghatta road.

They are doing hard work with our fitness.
I lost my 3kg weight within 1month.
I joint 30th December 2021. Within 1 month I feel my body light at weight.
