Trainers are very professional and especially Ashank who is very knowledgeable and passionate about training and motivating his clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has it all! Whether it is equipments or professional coaches. I trained under Coach Anandu and he is one of the most professional trainers I have met during my years at the gym. If you don't know how to do a particular exercise, he will demonstrate that and also explains the areas it affects so you actually know what you are doing. I definitely enjoyed my time at the gym and I recommend training under Mr. Anandu. Lastly, the gym also has a sound system and you are free to play your songs on that and exercise. It adds to the overall atmosphere too making it one of the best gyms in Bannerghatta.

If you are looking out for gym , strengthening, kickboxing. Am sure you are in right place. You can join without any hesitation.
Affordable prices. Very well maintained gym with sanitation.
