I have done 2 test on 2 /3/21
But yet ti get test report a week after

I suggest you the people of Kolkata please don't come his center if u have self-respect and u worry about time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst diagnostic ever came across to. Staffs are just pathetic don't know how to talk to a patient. Will waste your time and won't even listen to you. Even a one star is way too much for bad. Worst experience ever.

I know this lab is of ill repute but I needed to get the COVID Test done urgently and they promised to provide the report in 24 hrs.
They collected my Covid sample on 4th May and did not provide any receipt. Next day I got to know they do not even have their own lab and have outsourced it! 5 days have passed, I still haven't got my report!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If talk about laboratory services they don't know about the Report delivery on time meeting ,how important for a patient so painful service and all laboratory members, i am to sad about their service i have request if possible try to go another lab don't go there plz plz plz....???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service getting worst. Today I haved booked for my mother's FASTING Sugar Test. They did not come for blood collection at time and they argued on this. In December I have booked a G6PD test for mararia. They suppose to deliver the Report that day only. But they didnot deliver the report till date.
