Took my 9 month old son for blood test. Before billing I asked them if they have needle suitable for collecting blood for such young babies. At the billing counter they assured that, they have measures for even 1day baby.
To my greatest surprise, during blood collection, they used normal needle used for adults instead of "Butterfly needle", which should be used for infants. We could do nothing except watching from outside the locked blood collection room. The collecting person did not bother to wear gloves. After collection they applied band-aid instead of white tapes with cotton. When I questioned the procedure, their reply was, they apply the same procedure for all. My counter question was "so you people think a 9 month old baby and an adult person can be treated in same way?" They were speechless.
Overall too much unprofessionalism for a healthcare service provider and quite expensive too. It's true that they maintain clean premises, but fails where it matters most.... Hygiene and caring. Infection can spread easily here (I think, they also want that too, for the sake of their business).
If you have money and don't care about health or you are under any type of compulsion, you can come here, otherwise don't come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude behavior from Xray Technician. She behaves rudely to the patients. My Aunty is 70 Years old. She is suffering from severe pain, but the technician behaves ruduly. Please be polite to the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes a lot of time for getting diagnostic services over here. There is neither any customer care system, nor any management representative to attend patient's concerns. When I requested to share customer care number I was denied the same. I think management should take a note of the same and try to address customer grievances otherwise in this competitive market businesses takes no time to fall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Roy's diagnostic center and one of the popular and frequented medical diagnostic centers in the North Kolkatan neighborhood. One of its outlets are situated at the Bostapotti crossing near B.K. Paul Avenue, and one is this located on the Raja Nabakrishna Street, just ahead of the Seth Anandaram Jaypuriya College, and near to the Shobha Bazar Sutanuti Metro Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe the majority of people's purpose of visiting a diagnostic center is probably their health issues and being said that, a rude behavior is the worst you can offer. My dad who is a senior citizen went for a sonography test due to health issue. The doctor performed the test with so much pressure that now my father has a upper abdominal pain not due to health condition but due to his pressure. Is this what you expect from such a SO CALLED REPUTATED DIAGNOSTIC CENTER? NOT ONLY THAT. HE MENTIONED 1000 ISSUES WHEN ON REPORT HE MENTIONED NONE. IS IT OKAY TO PLAY WITH MENTAL HEALTH?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited for Dental X-Ray on the month of November 2021, well cooperation I found.
X-Ray system was good enough, very clear I found. The X-Ray I got it within a period of 30 Min after billing. After taking the X-Ray they told me to sit to make it confirm the X-Ray plate and image. I took the X-Ray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Roy is so unprofessional that I was supposed to have FNAC test where they had to put in needle injection on my body multiple times. As per norms I was supposed to be numbed with local anesthesia but the untrained staff did not bother to numb and injected the needle 4 to 5 times which caused a lot of pain. It is unfortunate that I had to deal with this but I would like to ventilate this to everyone. Please do not get FNAC done by them because they lack professionalism and skills.
Now coming to review,the owner will ask will reply with standard words like sorry and will ask for the name of technician which itself is soo shocking because they do not even know who is the staff is because of may be they keep hiring and firing staff. Pity on them ,and I request everyone to avoid them all together
