★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to deposit urine sample at 7 am on 3rd Nov 2019. The shop was closed. I was asked to deposit the sample to a paan shop nearby. At least dont display online that it is open when it is not. Unprofessional attitude. But then , this is India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour by a phelotomist soumen Ghosh. He did not take the phone calls done by me at first. Then he call back and inform of his vehicle break down and ask for rescheduling of sample collection on next day. On next day he again did not take the call and text message to call another phelobotomist who already has booking till 12 noon. How can i accommodate such unprofessional behaviour when the pt's age is 82 year and he is asked to be in empty stomach for blood sample collection.
I request concerned authority to take strict action against such employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What kind of unprofessional people are they. I have got my antibody for Covid tested. Mr Ramesh Agarwal told me he will get the report by the end of same day of collection. Since it's related to Covid this must be taken with sincerity.
Actually it's Dr Lal pathetic lab .
