It has 3 section.1 section consist of cardio and 2.section for leg and abs workout
3. section for weight lifting
In 1 day gap they carry out activity such as abs bulding,yoga,kick boxing and zumba
.cleaning and hygiene is maintained very well and also nice music.

But when you get a gym like Body Mechanics you feel lucky to tone yourself up.
Body Mechanics is the bestest gym I had ever visited.. people are so friendly and encouraging..
I personally feel like second home where you relax yourself in the form of workout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first gym I've joined and I'm loving it. The facility is big bright and breezy. The staff are friendly, welcoming and eager to help. I've started going to the classes and there is a really good mix of classes and they're such good fun.Overall enviornment of gym is damn friendly and it is a supercool place for workout !
