★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had enrolled myself For laser treatment in the month of January 2020 and there were lot of False commitments made by thier doctor about complimentary sessions and the treatment, My treatment started however after 2 months there was a complete lockdown Due to which I didn't contact them, Got a Call from Dr Melwin amidst lockdown asking me when I need to restart I was not okay As I was taking the treatment from Previous Dr Arham after few Months I get a Call from Mitali thier salon consultant asking me to come to salon During Covid, I was not feeling okay also my husband was unwell still they were forcing me to concert the services into salon as I didn't need Laser sessions any more, I got a call from another lady who was pleading That they are not getting Paid I should keep thier service she will give me Lifetime access and kept denying for refund, they have made me sign a Non disclosure form which says it's non refundable while signing that I was informed it's just a formality! I have been chasing them for refund since 2 months now there is no response from them Guys Please Beware about this FRAUDSTERS Who only want To take out money from you and Missell thier products!!!!!

I am very satisfied with the treatment given by her and even the service provided was very appreciable for the regular follow up schedule set by her as per my requirements.i highly recommend this skin clinic for sure. One of the best skin salon to pamper your skin in Borivali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a clean up service and I felt white heads still on my face. When I highlighted the same to my technician she said it is due to water shortage in my body and she can’t do anything further. I went to a different salon right after and my face was cleared by them. I feel cheated for the kind of money that I paid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had being there for manicure, despite telling them need a good massage and clean up they dint provide, they were more keen on selling their membership & too many forms to fill..7 minutes massage for Rs.791 that is way too expensive & also was not done properly, I had to show them that it’s not cleaned properly & dead skin still there.. waste of time & money.. will never ever go there again
THEY DONT FOLLOW COVID PROTOCOL,I WAS IN THE LIFT WITH 1 OF THEIR CLIENT GOING ON THE 1st FLOOR,BUT THE LIFT WENT IN THE LOWER FLOOR,THE STAFF WAS SENDING MORE 2 PEOPLE IN THE LIFT, TO WHICH I OPPOSED .ALSO THE CHAIRS WERE NOT SANITIZED ,THEY KEPT THE SAME CLOTH .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my hair color and haircut done yesterday at the borivali branch Haircut was done by Esther (She did a great job at it, Was professional and made sure I get what I had asked for. I loved the haircut done by her ) hair color was done by Sonali ( She is well experienced, gave me options on what I should go for and gave me best shade and chunks). Even the staff was nice. Ali made sure I had my best experience at the salon.
