★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my haircut by Zeeshan and it was an amazing experience. I did not want my length reduced but still wanted some styling. I got everything that I asked for. I also got my nails done by Mr Vijay and they look so PRETTY. It's even everywhere and the service was very friendly as well.

Our time was well-managed and the team at Kapils’s ensured that all the services were completed without rushing any of us. The products used were also good quality and the professionals recommended best ways to maintain the impact of the services. Everyone is very professional, including when we wanted to discuss the itemized bill. Will recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am wanted to get different treatment for my entire family as we have wedding in our house. I came to Salon with my brother who is the groom and we discussed on couple of items with Ms.Pooja the receptionist. She agreed on payment charges. Later on she changed her statement for only Rs.150. It’s not about the money but it’s about the experience customer expects when they visit a Salon. 150Rs does not matter to me at all, but ethics and principles does. She kept arguing and was not ready to listen at all. And to prove her point she started making calls - reminding you again for just Rs.150 when I planned to spend Rs.10,000 on myself today. 4 family members planned to do the same service in evening and Groom (my brother) had planned to do all groom services tomorrow. You just did not lose the business but also lost the name value. Wanted to let you know! Thanks.

This amazing staff member who is very well spoken, made me feel comfortable, the service was great! He is soft spoken, doesn't rush even in the weekend busy hours. Gives proper dedicated time to each customer. Very very good person. Thank you for a lovely experience.
