★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean but massage was average. Full marks to masseusebfor trying for 60mins but clearly either didn't meet my expectations when I compare it to my past experiences. l also got pedicure and that was really well done, the quick leg massage done during pedicure was also good.

The team is highly courteous , considerate and knowledgeable. The highlight of my service was a long due pedicure, which was very well done by Philoy.The team at the front desk and Chandni are always there to assist and help patrons understand the right service.
On a whole a lovely and a satisfied experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While visiting Mumbai from America I wanted spa services. I came to Lagoona and got a head massage, full body massage, manicure, hair wash and blowout and facial. They were all fantastic and done with such care and attention to detail. Their English is fantastic and communication was not a problem. I even bought a gift card for a friend because I wanted to share the experience. Please be aware that they do not accept international credit cards so bring cash or have google pay/Wise if you are not from India.

The front desk staff ensures that you follow the appointment schedule with reminder calls and plan the services efficiently. Beauty services are provided with great hygiene and Phi does a wonderful job with her smiling face to give you the amazing experience. I did the hair color for the first time 2 years ago from Rohit after his convincing chat and I have not looked back since then and tried different colors confidently! My hairs have never been better.
