★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor work. Highly delayed delivery and no communication. Car came back with unfitted bumper, new scratches and the work I paid for wasn't done. They said they will.correct it but I kept following for more than a week but they didn't do it. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave the car for service. Not only was it delayed, the car wasn't even washed.the car had visible dust patches outside. This was my second time. Somehow after the covid they started charging more and providing poorer services . Wouldn't recommend it to anybody from now on ..

The most unprofessional and unresponsive customer service, you have to constantly follow up on things
Their rep. Ashish refuses to respond on time, there is absolutely NO communication or updates
It took them 3 days for a “basic car servicing” and in the end was billed for a “full car servicing”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kept the car for 2.5 days. Didn't do anything. Didn't even give an estimate. Delayed sending back the car by hours from the promised time. Wouldn't trust anything they say - particularly Ashish. Avoid dealing with them unless you have a few days to kill and are looking at developing patience and tolerance for unprofessionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a Mercedes Benz C250 Mr Ashish is pretty unprofessional at his work. He is completely a con man. He quoted me 60k for my car work then end up taking his own decision to replace things without a heads up from customer. They told me 4 days to repair after diagnosing my car & takes 15 days to deliver. Secondly, no updates or calls from their end. We have to always call & ask as if its our duty. Apart from it. I had to change transmission oil they charged me for 10liters & when I checked with Mercedes Service Center they said only 9ltr of oil can fill in. What a joke?

Overall… they should shut this business.
A local mechanic can serve u better then them.
Please its my request don’t send your luxury cars to them.
They are worse.
I guess his team can’t even get a nano fixed forget about a luxury ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Skoda Superb Elegance is 10 years old and of late, it was giving some troubles. I was looking for a professional and responsive mechanic who will listen to and attend to the problems. Based on trial and error, I zeroed on Bombay Motor Works. They listened to the problems to my satisfaction. Performance of the car is to my expected levels. I am very happy to state that all the problems have been resolved to my satisfaction.
