★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service, can't make simple alterations on time, they asked for one month time to attach sleeves, which btw i gave them. They did not made alterations in the lehenga even till 11 March (bought lehenga on 14 feb)... They did not even bother to call and tell me plus when i went to their store they had no memory of the lehenga or alterations... Please don't buy your D-Day outfit from them as they are not at all professional in their job and you will be left with no choice...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost the dupatta of a Rs 15000 dress that my wife had purchased and blamed us that we had lost it. They had given us the timeline of 5 days for the alteration and finishing and delivered it after 15 days. Even on the 15th day they did the finishing when we went to the store and kept us waiting for 2-3 hours. Even after purchasing they didn't have the courtesy to iron it and deliver. The staff is really short on manners and very rude and unprofessional. Never setting foot in there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. If you dont want to spoil your time and money then pls dont go there. Also their servies as well as staff is horrible. They are the biggest lairs who hide their on purpose careless mistakes. Staff is too rude. If their owner is their they will be the sweetest person but if not they wont even pay attention to your problem instead blame you for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, they might have big shop but it's one of the worst experience that we had. Never buy from them as it's not managed. After giving them 15 day's time for altering some expensive wedding outfits they did shoddy job. We have to go there 3 times to get our outfits. That too were still not having the perfection, workmanship.
