promise to deliver things at right time
but do not provide any alterations for your dress ,delays it, sends tored dress and unaltered and unstiched to you , ruins yur festival and asks you to keep it as it is and also you have to go many times to the shop , aste your time then also do not give proper dress as reuired and promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This storehas the worst staff and customer service. I purchased a gown worth 8k which they were supposed to do alteration and finishing. However after a m month they gave me the gown which was used, threads were coming out its was all dirty.
Staff is so unprofessional that they were convincing me to take that giving a reason that it happens as other customers try the outfit and it can be dry cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst staff i have ever seen..they are so nce while selling and after sale u you tell them that tgere is a problem they bark like dogs..they dont have manners to tlk to women..the stuff gets in bad condition after 1 use nly..qnd all the thousands that u have spent are waste..dont go with the showroom or fancy clothes they are not worth it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When there's 50% off , do visit the place otherwise not worthy. A very good store in terms of size and look. Not bad not that good, I'll say decent collections of lehengas, suits, kurtas for women.
Some of the staff in this particular Bombay Selections outlet, I feel have little attitude and try to be oversmart. At times don't talk sweetly which they can improve though.
