★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of shoes as a present for my brother and asked the guy on the counter while paying, if the shoes can be returned as i wasn't sure if my brother will like them.
The guy at that point said "bilkul sir".
Went back to the store 40 mins later to find out the guy saying to his boss that he said it could be exchanged not returned.
Now i have a 4000 rs pair of shoes collecting dust.
Would not recommend this store to anyone.
Poor customer service.
Lying to people to get a sale..!!
No business ethics..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Sketcher Shoes for 4800/- in August. The shoe parts fell off within 3 times of wearing them. Sent it for repair. They said it would it take 20 days. Came after 20 days and they said go to another outlet 30 kms away in Rithala. The pair wasn't even there. And went to original shop at Karol Bagh again for 3rd time in November and again they didn't have any pair in that range. All similar products were then prices for more than 7 thousand and they won't get the same pair back. Greatly disappointed. First they sell a shoe saying it's good quality and then they never get it back in stock.
4800 are simply blocked. Neither do they have any variety. The original pair won't come now. Has been 3 months.
Would rather suggest that you rather buy from some standard showroom that has quality product and good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience, High price but very poor quality. I purchased a pair of formal shoes worth Rs3300.00 in May 2019. I have hardly used it for 45-50 days and the shoes got spoiled. It's always better to stick to Sreeleather woodland Lee etc.
