★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer counter service. The tall man with scars on his face was so rude... I came for exchange only 14 days article... (I also came 7 days b4 but they said mam we don't make payment slips as you are a premium customer u can return it in 3 months. So now when I came after 14 days) they started watching the lower and said to neighbour person, does it has pink shade or they did this. Later they realised the lower has that shade naturally.
They were laughing arrogant and extremely unmannered. I shop a lot at pantaloons. But this place is pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety here is not as that which one expects but the staff is quite helpful and friendly. The thing is if one finds any apparel fit for him/her as per the choice, most of the time the size of that particular apparel is hardly available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. Specially for ethinics wear for girls for man's as well. Wide variety of products are available here. And i got ever time new products when I go there for shopping. It is a reasonable price shop. Sometimes some products rate are very high not as per quality, so you have to be a bit conscious while shopping. Other wise it's a great place of shopping. Must visit at once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place...butnot for those who looking for style under economical budget...in terms of budget i find nearby vishal mega mart far better..but i guess their target customer is only upper end premier customer so uts futile to complain...staff behaviour is polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is pretty good. The attendants are swift to respond and respond very quick. The best thing was they suggested good stuff and helped me get the right clothing. The collection of clothes is good. I can vouch for the males sections that it had a vivid collection but you see women can never get enough so you'll have to try that out. Otherwise everything was good, well maintained and a great shopping experience.
