★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rather rate in negative... Worst experience ever. They don't have sense to talk to their customers.. intitially they will b sooo sweet but once the piece is sold out and u visit to collect it, the scene would be different..even the dresses are defective if you observe. And yeah they take full payment in advance(a girl 'Abha' is very talended to make you fool and taking full amount at that time itself), so that in the end when anything goes wrong, they can say either take what we are giving or leave this as well. 'Ritika' who owns this shop is very unprofessional and rude, that instead of wasting your time in talking to her, you can just leave.
Good luck to you if thinking to buy anything from this store..I have already wasted my time, money, and spoiled my mood.

My friend visits shop 1 week before and she had very bad experience. They ruined her dress first and then were not taking any responsibility. Very unprofessional people. Her mistake was she had made full payment in advance by trusted them. They called their fellow shopkeepers and try to suppress conscience.
Don't ruin your special occassion by visit this place. Will not recommend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi fellow customers. dont believe the people talking negative about the store. It is managed by 2 hardworking dedicated girls who dont shy away from work. They will get up themselves and assist customers from making them comfortable to helping with their fittings. It's a homely comfortable experience in their shop without any egos and tantrums. I along with my 2 daughters did our first purchase a year ago and since then have been only going to their store for all are festive attires. Theres something for everyone in their store. We have never left dissapointed and empty handed. It's a must visit .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Googled wedding gowns and I came across Ritika ethnic wear. Checked out their Instagram and found a decent gown collection. I then visited their karol bagh branch and was amazed to see more than a 100 designs in western wedding gowns at affordable prices. Found my size as well and almost exactly what I had in mind. I have been looking for months so all I can say is that according to my research no one is selling Western bridal gowns in delhi with a vast collection like theirs and prices that will not burn a hole in your pocket. Loved the collection and I will come back for more.
