Bomiso Gym is already known for its finest equipment and fitness knowledge to help its members to have a comprehensive approach to the overall well-being and explore their individual potential. I am glad that I am at one of the best places to workout. I appreciate the experienced trainers and their nutritional counselling they have helped me with. I definitely can say that whether your goal is to burn fat, tone up or gain muscle, build strength, increase flexibility or improve your cardiovascular health, Bomiso Gym has the perfect atmosphere to meet up your expectation. If you're new to fitness and are looking to join a gym, this is the best place to begin with. They have got vast cardio machine selection, variety of advanced equipments for different parts of the body, a very peaceful stretching and yoga room, and a bigger area with very decent range of dumbbells for weight lifting etc. All together, It's a optimistic environment with a diverse community.

I joined online sessions with Bomiso in the months of April, I wasn't able to lift more than 3 kgs at the that time, I am able to do my workout with 12 kgs very comfortably. I started with 20 squats and I am able to do 200 squats at a stretch. Over and above I don't have any backache or mascular pain. My sincere thanks to the team Bomiso. Stay healthy!

Environment & Equipments are good to get in shape. The session starts with a sophisticated evaluation of physique and then a short talk about what better can be done to build a physique or fitness. It is not overcrowded and I always find my space easily to complete my workout session. Trainers and helpers always look forward to help you to train over different machines and with various forms of workout. The only change I would suggest is sunday timings of Gym can be adjusted like a regular week day.

Great gym, not much expensive but equipments are quite good, trainers are very friendly.

Amazing gym with a lot of equipments. The best thing is now that they are partners with the Cult fit so you can access multiple gyms in NCR with 1 membership.

Decent Gym with good equipment...almost things are available e.g boxing, zumba etc

Its a spacious and spread out workout space with separate crossfit studio. The trainers are also great and they focus well on every individual.
