★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the haircut service. Also happy with bridal makeup as they made up me on my wedding very natural and beautiful..... But some staff is very cheap and misbehaved with arogance. Badly treat and misguide for our treatment. They should give training or change the staff specialty who only deal with customers.... I've used hair cut service since long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy, they make money , every service person accept 1 or 2 is polite and genuine other they suggest you wrong styles and charge as much money as they can . So unhappy with their service, i am there permanent customer since last 5 months but the last service in which i asked them to do a touch up in my hair, the people in parlour suggested me to get all over color done and i mentioned them it has to be a particular color tone but they either have lack of experience or knowledge and they did something else . And i am very unhappy with the last service. Not worth money. Though they have polite nature but work is not that great .

It's like wine gets better with ageing just like that salon services from Bonanza gets better as it gets older. It feels refreshing everytime I visit here. I'm married in Vadodara but still can't get over this salon. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally Getting nice Hair treatment everytime...this time I also enjoyed skin treatment too . It is really nice but somehow today I felt that hair treatment and old customers are not given proper attention by hair treatment team.. .. starting from hairwash , I was feeling this is not the service that Bonanza gives everytime..and also not given good ironing...old customers should be given service by trained staff.
Sorry this time only 3 stars...

Very helpful staff and very nice all services .
Liza and maheshar done nicely work together.
Clean up done by maheshar was very good.
Body polishing done by Aarti bablani and Dipti was very comfortably done .Dharmishta was done my eyebrows very good.Thank u bonanza beauty lounge,Rajkot .Geeta was done my gel nail paint was very good experience ❤️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. No professionalism in make-up or hairstyle. They burnt my hair. Used 3 shades darker foundation for my make-up. I looked horrible. Quality of makeup products used was cheap. We went in a group of 5 and they did same hairstyle (tongs) for everyone. In-charge there didn't respond to us properly. Staff was ignorant and argued with us.
Never recommending it to anyone!!!!!
