β β β β β OK... I just want say. Just want to praise its manager dharmesh bhai... Dharmesh uncle. He himself had helped me by washing and cleaning wind glass of my Jupiter classic.. So just want to admire him.. Please anyone there I recommend to visit the showroom jivrajani

β β β β β Needs improvement in attending customer, waiting/sitting arrangement, installation of ACs (avoid visiting in summer else enjoy sweating), storage of stock (yet to be sold two wheelers kept in open for months).

β β β β β They are not providing the exact amount of RTO charges in the bill. Even RTO has cleared many times to not take any extra charges, they are not complying it. Taking Handling charges. And I suspect they aren't providing the accessories made by TVS. Instead of that local accessories with the company prices are provided.

β β β β β Today in Morning I put up my Apache for Paid service and in afternoon 4 o'clock i received a message ... Your query solve please collect your bike ... When I ask about service charge ... They told me NO COST for your query ... And when I physically receive my bike really no charge i have to pay... It's good and honesty ... Thanks for your favourably response and in future maintain this team spirit...Thankyou ...

β β β β β Good/decent TVS Showroom with all bikes on display, they also have all test drives bikes/scooters ready for experiencing first hand drive and the team is also good, they will explain you all in detail and they also have good finance options, I would recommend you this showroom if you need a TVS bike.

β β β β β service staff very rude to customer no manners their staff doesn't know how to talk with customers.
At service time i talk with service staff bellow points.
1. Accessories is not properly. All accessories part are moving and at the time of driving make noise.
2. Average and milage issue. I have tvs Jupiter grand. At the time of purchase sells staff talk 55 to 60 average but after buying i check average is only 40 to 42.
3. There are some self-start problem issue is same after service done.
4. When i try to call tvs service centre call is not receive.
Very bed experience.

β β β β β I called them for a Test drive of Vehicle & they replied test drive is available. Thn I reached to take test drive. When I reached and asked for test drive, thn Staff told your vehicle's test drive isn't available.
They spoil my time & money ..

... The service is good, I get regular calls for servicing of my scooty which is very helpful as I forget when to get it done. It is easily accessible and you can use it as a address landmark sometimes. The products displayed here are really nice and the staff enumerate all the details.
