β β β β β Very bad experience in my whole life. Firstly they force to do booking after if you change your mind and you want to cancel the booking that time they were very rude to me. And the response of executives were very bad they do not know how to behave with customers and what is customers they only knows our product sell is continue. After calling 5-6 times then they will reply you this is very disappointing. I was negotiating for 1500 rupees so there was sir name I don't know but he was saying it doesn't matter you should not cancel booking for 1500 rupees because someone else offering better offer than this. This is my experience at Madhav TVS, Nana mawa.

β β β β β TVS is trying to create a better image for the customers but now i know why TVS is not getting the image like honda or hero.. I took AMC plan for 6 free services for jupiter from madhav TVS just after 1st lockdown.. When i went for 5th free service, the serviceman said that only 4 services are free and rest 2 are just for washing.. Then i was supposed to come back and called to their customer care number and also sent an e-mail that i have coupon of 6 free services and your advertisement is still there on your facebook for 6 services.. After that, the responsible authorised person of the service station called me that we will provide you the service but show 18 months old bill of AMC !! I argued that i haven't the 18 months old 999 Rs.bill but you can check your computer record and i have the service booklet, coupons and record of the 4 service.. He argued that even a watch seller asks for the bill when you want have any issue !!! So basically they dont have criterias to be followed to sortlist the customers of different types of schemes given at different time bcz no bill related to my AMC was asked from me for my previous services and only booklet was enough which contains the service coupons.. Ultimately he agreed to provide the service, but i was just fed up from the whole matter and decided not to take any service or any package of service from them..

β β β β β I bought Jupiter 125 from Madhav TVS. It was awesome buying experience, they shared complete knowledge about Jupiter and all its models and offered me lot of possible schemes for finance.
I highly suggest Madhav TVS for buying TVS Scooters and Bikes. Even iQube - Electric Vehicle of TVS is available for Test Ride.

The process was very fast and the good thing is they have given me same day delivery.
Service experience was also good, service staff was Co-operative and whatever issue we raise they do resolve quickly.
