★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No carry bags provided....so better come in car to shop.....i came on two-wheeler here.....n didn't even simple carry bag to take a big box gift-toy despite being ready to pay for carry bag.....they have "bonsaii" promotional gift wraps....but no "bonsai" promotional carry bags ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonsai being initially a babies premium misc item store, it offers great variety of misc items for grown-ups as well, it's Japanese stationary collection is commendable ...the store offers great variety of remote control cars and other gadgets..of some grown ups are still interested ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service store in our town, no store manager or senior person ever available to take concerns, lower level staff is clueless about everything. We had called them 4 times on 4 different days and finally came to the store but same answer sorry no senior there owner is travelling. Better to buy things from some where else. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
