A bit hard to spot from a vehicle as it's not on ground floor, but keep looking up and you'll see the board on third floor.
This place deals with rare and professional books as well so feel free to ask them about a book you've been searching for a while.

The sitting area consists of a single table but one can sit without being disturbed by others. One of the best libraries in the area.
