β β β β β Pathetic service in book distribution. Many times they give different grade books in a set of particular grade. They do not give proper invoice also and they can not retrieve their own invoice next time if given books are incorrect and needs to be replaced. The boys on counter are very arrogant.

β β β β β Books are books and even note books are note books. You can get them from anywhere, but what sets Prabhadeep apart the human and humane touch of the people oit there, always smiling, ready to help and provide solutions. My experiences with Vinay Ji has been delightful.

β β β β β My experience pertains to this year & last years bookset for sanskriti school. The phone numbers (2 mobile numbers) mentioned on their website and bill are permanently switched off. Thereβs no other way to contact them. Their emails are unanswered always. Iβve received an incomplete bookset which Iβm not able to convey to anyone. Itβs about time schools rethink another bookstore services. Pathetic response and customer service. Shopping here must be avoided at all costs.
