★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently used bookmytrucks to shift my 2BHK house from Bengaluru to my native in Kolkata and I could not have thought of a better service than them.
The only pre-planning I did was take my laptop and some other personal documents in a backpack, thats it.
The team (six people) was spot on punctual, they arrived and spent 15-20 mins on planning out the packaging. After that they started their work. I have never seen a more humble and polite team than them, they listened to each and every instruction/choice that I gave. Every item was packed with dedication and care.
The packaging was multilayered for all items. The first few layers were bubble wrap, then multilayer cardboard wrap, then multilayered thin plastic sheet. Overall perfect packaging. Each and every glass/fragile item was wrapped individually with care.
The consignment arrived after 7 days to Kolkata and the unloading team was equally good, all unloading and unpacking was done with special care. I was little apprehend about my expensive refrigerator and other glass items, but to my surprise not a single damage was there in any of the items, I reiterate- not a single damage. This is professionalism at its best.
I am grateful to Mr. Naveen for proactively personally co-ordinating at every step for a smooth customer experience. Great work, keep it up !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience from start to end. I requested for Intracity movement in Bengaluru only a day before and they immediately agreed that too for an early morning slot. The entire team was super quick, attentive, considerate & respectful. They packed my entire 1bhk house stuff well within 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the flat which I was moving in was on 3rd floor & lift was n’t installed yet. Still, they ensured quick movement & unpacking without a single scratch or spill in any of my items, I’m actually surprised. Kudos to each & every team member involved, I can’t thank you guys enough. Keep up the amazing work. :-) I always thought relocating is a tedious task but you guys made it so easy !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Team was super quick in packing and shipping. Commited timeline was 3 days( Bangalore to Hyderabad) m , but the delivery happened with in 18hrs from the time of pick up. Unbelievably Fast!
Slightly a premium service compared to other packers and movers but you don't have to hassle arround & break your head for Packing, breakage , follow ups, loading , unloading and shipping.
The team is neat and super professional. I can personally vouch for them .
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had engaged with Book my Truck for intercity movement in Bangalore. I must say that I am thoroughly satisfied with their service. They use thick foam sheets to cover your items and really took good care of my things and not a single item was damaged. They are very punctual as well. The only thing I felt was if I could have a got a better price negotiation but otherwise they are super professionals and would recommend anytime if you want to move or shift either within the city or outside the city. They will take good care of your items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved my household things and two wheeler from Bangalore to Kochi on 9/07/21. I selected a direct truck so that I can get my thing next day morning. Shared truck is less expensive as compared to direct truck.. As promised they have reach earlier than schedule time and complete the packing way before my train on night. Packing team was great, they did not missing anything in packing. Driver was also good. On my way back to Kochi I call the driver he picked my call in two ring and informed me that he reach check post and will reach by 10am at my home.And he did reach before that 9.50 am. Kerala union team was late to reach, but driver was patient and helped them to unload.
Not even a single item is missed or damaged or wet in the heavy rain.
Note: They will call and remind you one day before and on the day of packing they will call in morning and tell u the time packers arrive.
Over all good experience. Since I was happy with all.. I have given them tip on packing and to driver.. Who ever checking for packers you can contact them. Try direct truck it's better to coordinate.
