★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cargo service. No proper information is provided to customer. They pack the items, load to truck and say the item will be delivered next day when we expect it to go today. And they give lame reasons saying we cannot shift ur items alone we send it through sharing basis with others goods... The price breakup is worst... People managing the items are even worst.... I would recommend not to chose this cargo as you will end up paying high cost during delivery and late delivery. One start also they don't deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It brings me no joy in addressing this issue my friend had with this service, his cargo has lost during the transit and the company weren't up for holding responsibility, moreover they weren't even responding to the innumerable calls he made. This is not the kind of service customers expecting from responsible firms, making mistakes is understandable but holding back from taking responsibility for the mistakes committed is unbearable.
Think twice before getting involved with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional and Fraud service. They stoles goods given for transporting. Please dont do service with them. They stole my expensive helmet and not willing to give the price. Guys named Ravi and Vijendra are the head of this FRAUD company and they wont even attend your call incase of any issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a transport for Hyderabad to bangalore. They have informed charges would be 2300 inclusive of taxes and insurance and after picking up my bike my home, customer care executive called me informed me the charges are 3500 without giving insurance benefit. This is very unprofessional from such a organization.

I'm very happy with the services Pacific Packers and movers provided. Few things which really impressed me were -
1. Delivery the very next day on-dot as per time committed.
2. Very responsive throughout the movement.
3. Very competitive pricing a few grand lower compared to renowned Packers.
4. Delivery quality.
I'd definitely recommend Pacific Packers and Movers.Huge ? you guys keep up the good work.

No proper work ethic, late delivery, no language known except Hindi. FEELING CHEATED. NEVER EVER OPT FOR THIS CHEAP SERVICES. GO FOR STANDARD TRANSPORTS SERVICES, DON'T THINK OF MONEY. A Big NOOO!! Save yourself and your valuables.
They picked up my bike on 17th July,2021 and promised delivery in 2 or 3 days. Bangalore to Trichy. I've asked for the photo of packed bike and consignment number. He said the bike is already loaded and on the way. Also said, bike will not be delivered until Full payment. I've paid the total amount in advance and he blocked my number in whatsapp after receiving the money in Gpay. No response until now (26th July,2021). No sign of my bike.
I'm left with no choice but to make a police complaint.
