My friend had contacted them to move furnitures but when it reached the destination the wooden pieces were chipped off.
The furniture was handled carelessly.
I advice others not to opt for this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service . Never ever go here unless you want to damage your things... I had to move my bike , and guess what , the bike handle was completely distroyed . I had to put a new one , tank was damaged.. and I didn't even get the money from them ... Shame on these people.. please don't make a mistake of choosing these people. I should give 0 starts

At first they accepted their mistake n agreed to pay but now refuse to pay for the damages they have caused. They have even stopped receiving the calls. Very irresponsible service.? Please stay away from Anjali Packers.

Almost 2 months ago i had to see my friend who unfortunately fell in trap believing 'Anjali Packers & Movers' destroy his bike by literally loading his RE Interceptor 650 onto a lorry. If you had to see a small scratch on your new bike, the feeling will be such that it makes you mad. Imagine the bike getting delivered with its handle bent upwards, paint scrapped and keys which looked like they've been to WW2.
And the payment requirements of these fraud of a vendor was off this world for the kind of quality they delivered. "100% ADVANCE PAYMENT", "INSURANCE" and promises like special casing for the bike with covers and coating. ALL LIES. After the disaster of a delivery they did, the executive started giving promises of paying for damages tomorrow(which basically my friend's money paid for delivery insurance), eventually dodging calls by the co. executive. The co. is so cheap that they didn't even give the helmet that the bike dealer/showroom gifted my friend on the bike's purchase.
I highly suggest anyone give a thought to other delivery service providers even if it costs you more bucks.
The disappointment will not be worth the money you save from 'Anjali Packers & Movers"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked my bike in Bangalore and contacted Anjali Packers and Movers on 3rd January to transport it to Mangalore.
The executive asked me to do the full payment on the same day and promised to transport the vehicle the next day.
The vehicle was also covered with insurance.
The next day when i called to ask an update the executive did not pick the call. Called the executive again on 5th he said it would be transported on the same day at night but he failed to do so again.
The executive kept repeating this until one of my fellow mate from Bangalore gave him a earful.
The bike finally reached Mangalore on 8th January but in a totally bad condition.
The cage they had promised to enclose the bike in was not provided.
The bike was not wrapped in any protective gear. The vehicle that transported the bike was a normal open Lorry.
The bike was fallen on the platform when it reached my place, the handle was bent, there were multiple scratches on the bike.
I contacted the executive and demanded him to pay the insurance amount from the damage. He promised to pay once everything was repaired. But he started giving reasons and delaying the payment. He also blocked my number and when i called him from a different number he received and disconnected as soon as he heard my voice.
Its been 1.5 months and i have not received the payment yet. This is a fraud company with careless employees. I do not recommend ANJALI PACKERS & MOVERS to anyone.
