★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a government institution, it lacks coordination and management. Totally Unorganised Institution. Unclear communication from the staff and the Officer.
It is a shame that the Government staffs has such an unpleasant way of treating their customers! We do understand that during the lockdown, there is less staff, but that doesn't mean you not fullfill your duties! Have been dragging here since 3 months to withdraw my Matured PPF money, yet negligible response and cooperation from their side. Total disappointment overall.
If you're a public servant then atleast do some
justice to that name.

Very disappointed with this post office. No value for customers time disgusting very few staff members during lock down, it is a very disappointing experience dont ever open a account with this post office .....

They work according to their will.
The lady at speed post says anything to the customer uses bad language,mannerless women.,???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Head post office at borivali west. Always crowded you need minimum half hour to do any simple task provided there are no long queue. Maybe understaffed. Computer systems are not upto the task and are very slow also lots of hardware failure which causes delays. Another big problem are various agents who bring lots of forms to submit and cause huge delay to people who are handling their matter personally. There should be a separate counter for agents so people doing their stuff personally do not have to wait for long hours. Don't even think of going here after 12 pm lunch time means all done work is over.

Postal services are know for its work , and its getting ruined by giving such excuses.
If you see that this is a frequent issue , then why not you escalate this thing to the higher authorities. Simply wasting the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience for Aadhar card phone no. correction. No at all experienced person and very slow person is handling this work.
He has not at all experienced about computer operations and eye screening machine.
Also there is no Q/ token system for needy people.(For Aadhar card work)
Also there is no seperate line for senior citizens.
Nearly wasted my 5-6 hours today..yet work did not completed. Need to come tomorrow.
So please do good system for above purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i reached at 12.50 to deposit for sukanya sammriddhi account but tellers lady did not accepted she said lunch time. Staffs are not cooperative being a government staff think that they are god.working in private sector people any how manages to reach there to get work done but these people behave like they are God and doesn't talk properly these staff should be punished then only they will understand the problems of common people.

It's ours account which we opened long back before they start their service in post and it's our money, Our parents money which our parents and we saved in post account. But while withdrawing it this people are behaving like they are giving it from their pocket. It's totally unfair. Lady Head of Branch and lady who manage Cash counter both are useless and unprofessional. They don't know how to talk with senior people.
