Environment around the station like there is good windows facilities available for take the travel ticket even here can take ticket by atvm railway machine like self ticket.
If you want to use atvm ticket then it's very nice because there is no que and you can take your ticket easily without waist your time from normal windows and in the every local station there is so much crowed and specially in Mumbai because here alots of people prefer train station to go for work and return with same way for home.
And at borivali station a few more platforms compare to other slow stops due to here slow route train and fast.
