I purchased front load washing machine 8 kg
During purchasing Store person say u r eligible for 3000 ruppes coupons and u will recieve message for registration. After receiving messages regarding registration. I tried number of times for registration but it's failed. I visited to store and called so many time for registration problem.store person only gives false guidance and after 8-9 months now store person said.its coupons offer expires now.
How this happened. Fake commitment.
Bad experience and bad service .I never see such type misguide by store.
Same thing I will raise to Bosch managing director if this coupons issue is not solved before 15 sep 2021.
Very bad .. very bad store . service.....

The regional manager is very rude in communication and not corporate.
No proper guidance.
Not the right service.
Don't keep promises.
Otherwise Bosch accessories are good.
Too many store available in Aurangabad, So you can purchase from some other store and Bosch products also available in Reliance Digital and Croma in minimum price than bosch store.
