Having read the positive Google reviews on Motormechs, I decided to get major service done on my Honda and haven't regretted the decision. The did a very professional job, picked up the car at my residence and dropped it off after completion. The work done on my car was top notch.

On time delivery, there was a bit of delay (because the replacement part had to be shipped from Mumbai) or else everything was on time.
Friendly experience. They informed me about everything they were working on frequently which was helpful.
Overall am satisfied with the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an alternator damage which stalled my car mid way. None of the service centres in Pune agreed to do a home pick up, but Motor Mechs came to the rescue. Even though it was a Sunday and technocians or labour weren't available. They not only tactically got my alternator repaired but also forecasted an honest futuristic assessment of my vehicle. Also trying to mitigate costs. I have received my car in brand new condition from them. Special thanks to the Motor Mechs team. The reliability displayed was unique and highly appreciated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good staff, though the entrance is quiet tricky. They should increase the work floor area to accumulate more cars. The customer waiting area is quiet good with TV, AC, Sofa, Water Purifier and mobile charging socket.
