★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today ( Sunday, weekend at 8pm in late evening ) I contacted Mr. Minish , who did installation of 700 Sound bar at my home ( almost 13 months before ) for changing wifi network / sorting out Alexa and remote issues.
Mr. Minish remained online with me for more than half an hour , got done all required steps thru me to change wifi network as well as resolved remote and Alexa issues. Was really delighted to get such ONLINE support that too after 13 months of installation plus on weekends at 8pm. Thanks a lot Mr. Minish for extending support in need. Keep it up and make your customer always happy.

Partly because of my interest in a certain product and partly because of the amazing care the associates provide ensuring the visit is not wasted. Not only do they indulge you with your requests and product trials, they clarify all technical doubts one may have. Also, their follow up is pretty impressive. One of their new recruits, Adil, is proactive and also calls you to give you a heads up of the prevailing discounts etc. I visited today to buy the Bose Tempo Speaker sunglasses. That product is undoubtedly awesome.
