★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic shop, I purchased Xperia Z2 for 37,000 along with that the forced my to take insurance. As the phone was of high price I purchased insurance worth 2500, So that if their is any issue I might get help. The phone they gave seems to be a second hand phone. Always hangs, reboot itself and now even memory card doesn't get deducted. When I approached them they refused to help I told them I will complaint. After that they took my phone and kept with them for 1 week for getting it repair from service center. I think they didn't even send my phone to service center as they refused to provide me with the sony job sheet reference no. I would never suggest any of my family and friend to purchase phones from Shreeji Korum mall shop. They say you break the phone and claim from insurance provider. How can I break my phone just to get it claim from insurance provider. While purchasing they said if you have any problem (Hardware/Software) with phone you can it claimed with insurance provider. However now the insurance provider is refusing to help just like this irresponsible people.
