Positives:
>>> Bikes were in Very Good Condition. (Less than 2k ridden)
>>> Around 18 - 19kms were given per hour.
>>> Staff was quite friendly and not a Feedback seeking one but you love to give Awesome feedback. (He made me do all the possible checks and informed that only 1 liter petrol was left in tank.)
>>> Bikes were quite clean.
>>> Have no Aadhar hard copy. Not a problem...send an email from Corporate mailer. They will accept.
Scope for Improvement:
>>> Atleast a board/Flex could have been placed to let customers know that there is an office for Bounce Hourly Rental.
>>> Kilometer limit could have been mentioned in App than knowing it as a surprise.
>>> Closing at 21:00 that too in Bengaluru. Please make it 9 to 23:59 unless 24x7.
>>> App based Ride extension could have been available.
>>> Wash expenses/Service expenses could have been reimburseable/ time could have been extended/price curtailed.
