Does not reply to email. Nor to a phone call ..they just keep us waiting and wasting a time . it's being more than 30 days I have place a order and payment is being done. But not recieved a order yet .

I was charged at mrp whereas promised 35% discount. Tata Img should not associate with such people.Govt should ban such online misuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phable app had a worst experience with the customer service as no one calls after generating the complaint number. I registered multiple complaints with phable customer service since 28th April 2022 of missing 6 blisters of NEPHTOR 20mg however after providing all the necessary information they are not even replying and whenever i call them they say vender is not responding or they will process request in 24 hours but a single response from anyone. Phable is worst experience ever. My registered complaint number is 92259.
Do not purchase any med from them as customer service is worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The app is a scam. I booked my Doctors appointment through the app since the app was recommended download by the doctors reception people in my last visit. When I visited the clinic today for my visit Doctors people told me Doctor is out of station since last three days and they have already updated Phable about it. They took the fee, also caused me mental harassment. No way to reach to their customer care. It is a scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered sanitary napkins searching for 24x7 delivery app, after confirmation from the gentleman over call I placed my order saying it would reach out to me within an hour , that means at 11.30 p.m. in night I ordered urgently. Having assured by the attendant over call that if my order ticket is not confirmed through sms or order gets delayed I may call him or whatsapp him for assistance.
I waited for my order till 1.30 a.m. in night in middle of my crisis expecting my order delivery , the gentleman stopped taking my calls and no revert on whatsapp too and yesterday, i.e.2 nights later of my placing the order I m getting my order out of nowhere. Thanks for this kind help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The app is missing the basic details of Shipping status, expected time for delivery. The Help center always seems to be busy. The chat support is also missing. "No clue of the status". They seems to be fake people. The app should be restricted in Google Play store. They are making fool's out of people.
