★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND BAD PRODUCTS. I am writing this review after a very bad customer service experience from Dheu. I recently bought a hand painted saree on sale which was clearly defective (the black ink was spilled was all over the saree). I have been asking for refund and calling them up. Firstly they do not respond to your messages and then the guy responded very very rudely that he does not THINK that the saree was defective. Very rude. I will never recommend anyone to buy from here because their return policy is horrible when clearly their saree qualities are horrible and the staff is extremely rude. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally one of the worst product they have and their customer service is horrible. Have ordered an kurta but the quality is very bad and over priced.
When I had a chat with customer support they showed their real face and their upbringing.
Please be aware of this Dheu Botique cheater and scammer.

I usually wear kurta from Fab India. I am aware of good and bad "100% Cotton". This kurta is made of the bad one. There is a button in shoulder are. The button is stitched directly to the light weight fabric in a way it has damaged the fabric, left a hole.

After sale is pathetic too. Though they communicate over WhatsApp but they hardly respond. I have already informed, shared photographs but no one has acknowledged it in 2 days.
