★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time ordering from BOX8, i was really excited and was expecting to have some great food delivered to my door step. The first half of the experience was great, the website, the ease of ordering, constant updates after ordering from the website about where my order stands was amazing. The food was delivered hot and on time. It only went bad when i received the food and opened the box. It was not what the picture on the website looked like neither it was what i was expecting. Both the meal boxes had 80% of the space covered by rice. In the non-veg boxThere where 2pieces of chicken and half a piece of kabab with exactly 2 spoons of gravy and 2 spoons of salad,a dollop of the green chutney for which i was charged ₹258 +taxes and it was the same story with the vegetarian meal box for which i was charged ₹297+ taxes. So literally it was around ₹600/- for 2 boxes of rice. I called box8 immediately and reported it. The customer service agent just apologized for the issue and said she will report it to the concerned team. I told them the meals were of no use to me as it was just rice in it, they never offered me a replacement meal. Since that day, i have been waiting for someone responsible for box8 to call me and give me an explanation for such unprofessional service. Shame on you BOX8 (sahakaranagar)for cheating customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to regularly order from here. But this is the second time I'll facing this issue - on 27/07/2021 had order one dhal makhni rice box with add on of masala lemonade. Instead I got Dal Rajma rice with less than half the quantity. The box lid also wasn't closed. AND they missed the masala lemonade order. The food content in side came so shabbily and less than half the quantity. I put in the spoon but dint touch a grain of it. You can see the photo. And the bill I ordered
