★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i Had worst experience from the so called branded store. The sales girl charged more than its discounted price and also didnt give any bill when i asked her the bill she said printer is not working and she will send online.but didn't receive anythng.
My phone was not working so i asked her to check if item is available online she said its not available online and advised me not to buy anything from zivame.com.
Trusting her i came out of the store without bill its 8:40pm iam still waiting for the bill. It was a fraud and i didnt expect such kind of fraud from, Zivame.

Staff called Deepika was very helpful, patiently listened to what i needed and didnt try to desperately sell stuff to me. she understood what i needed and helped me with all my questions on fittings and size. Thank you for such a wonderful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zivame has garnered a huge following because of the product offerings, but that was only initially. Honestly, this visit to the store was disappointing to say the least. The fitting and fabric they have now is very poor quality. I couldn't find anything worthwhile to buy. Secondly, they are understaffed. The store manager and her assistant were really struggling to keep up with the walk-ins. We had to wait a long time for our turn to be assisted. We just helped ourselves! There were some discounts going on but my purchase didn't fit in the criteria! All in all not a very good experience, I am not going there again.
