★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am regular customer to basics life,i use to buy in Bangalore,andhrapradesh and chennai also.but now a days i am staying in bangalore,near yelahanka,i use to go to basics store-sahakara nagar atleast once in month,when ever i purchase single marchendise-i am not getting bills,i have seen for other customers also they are not giving bill ....are the manager cheeting to customer are to the company?when i ask bill-they said its ok sir,you can come for exchange also.he speeks very rood also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Jeans from this store paying 2999 and it’s a biggest mistake I have done.
After first wash found that the rexine used is just pealing off due to poor quality of rexine.
Called the store and sent the jeans for their inspection. Later they call me back after 15 days telling the head office of Basic brand has rejected the claim telling that there is only problem in rexine, other than that the jeans is fine and cannot support. Sense less and pathetic response of turning down request.
Brand like Basic life are least bothered of any kind of customer support and are more into one time selling of their products as they are aware that no one will return back to them.
Just stay away from such cheap brands and extremely low quality products.
There are far better brands who go out of the way to support customers during a problem unlike cheap brands like Basic trying extremely hard to runaway from customer.
