★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all a NYC place, land lady is very selfish and irritating.. Food facilities are near to pathetic.. Note - they don't return the security and charge extra if you leave early .. Not a place to live..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pg is ok but the landlady is very selfish and very rude, she even doesn’t know how to talk to customers, forget about the people living in their, I recently went to this pg and asked her to show me some rooms, she refused and her husband or whosever he was also talks in a very bad tone. They even doesn’t know the basics of talking to someone, the pg’s security guard was also rude, he even not allowed me to stand in front of the door and pushing me towards road. Message to landlady- I don’t think this kind of behaviour will take you so far, have some etiquettes madam, this is noida not any village or outskirts, that you are speaking to your potential customers in this manner.

Nice place to live
Full of greenery and fresh air
Well situated and peaceful environment
Cons-
1.Most of the time landlady will be screeming at working staff.
2.They don't refund half of the "security amount" even after giving advance notice.
3.highly money minded people, although the broker assured that owner of p.g. is very religious but when it would be about money they will don't follow religion at all.
4.owner can even say that you should vacate your room before 2-3 days of your due date, which is not o.k. at all.
If you wish to live here ,do every transaction through cheque or other banking transactions, other wise I have seen many people getting harassed by land lady.
