★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the place. All the facilities are available here. Food is good. It feels like u r living in ur own house . Full freedom was given. Also aunty have a good nature and she is very helpful.

Honest review , as I was stay der for two months..
prons -
Good location..area is safe n secure..
Lots of parking facility...
Sarita Vihaar & jasola apolo nearest metro station..
Clean washrooms..
Washrooms share by max 3 person.
TV facility...but u have to pay extra for recharge...
Non veg food is good..exp- fish,chicken..
Kitchen is available at no cost..
Cons-
No oven facility
No fridge facility , fridge is shut down from Nov to Feb due to winter..
Water taste is not good due to low quality of water purifier..
No WiFi facility...
Notice period is of one month which is non negotiable..otherwise forget about deposit money..
due to low voltage of water heater, it takes time..

The only thing i will say is that this is a home away from your real home.
The food is amazing, i have lived in enough P.G.'s to validate the quality of the food..10/10 for food.
The landlords are amazing and will always take care of you.
Zero interference and they are flexible for most of your needs.
The place is green with plants which gives amazing vibes.
Highly recommended for professionals and students.
