Fair Petrol station...... Service not that great..... Free Air service is available but there is no one available........ Staff too look very lazy to work......

When paid bill by cards these tugs make the bill round figure... Even when bill is 295 they charge 300/- maFia!

Don't use mobile phone ? at any bunk. Ensure zero and don't involve with small talk with staff. All should be good at any petrol ⛽ bunk.

Worst bunk ever visited by me. These people say they accept card but after filling up the fuel they make us go to the nearest atm to bring cash. They blame us for the failure of the transaction on the POS. They force us to go by walk to withdraw cash. During this pandemic which person would want to do touch contact through cash. The people working here don't even know operate POS properly. I recommend viewers to visit the other bp/hp bunk situated opposite to SBI/garden.

I caught one of the staff cheating while pouring petrol. When questioned He started firing me very badly. Also other staff around supported him. Started firing dirty words to my friend (girl)

THE WORST GAS STATION EVER VISITED!! With respect I have to put a single star rating, which actually should have no rating at all. Reported on Bharatpetroleum.in, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Reviews, Sulekha.com, Instagram, Gmail Indiacom, Pinda.in and Justdial. It's a shame to P G Virginkar Petrol Pump owner / family members reading this. In fact I personally regret visiting such a place where the entire staff including the so-called "Manager - P G Virginkar Petrol Pump Margao - Opposite Mayfair Apartments", has no level of respect / conversation etiquettes to their fellow customers. To start with, I along with my colleague arrive at this disgraceful petrol pump - P G Virginkar Margao, which is exactly opposite MICE Computers, somewhere around 3:30 PM noon on Thursday, September 23, 2021. My colleague and I mention to re-fill our two wheeler fuel tank for INR 110/- bucks (offered INR 200/- for the same), post which this scandalous petrol staff ask for change, shocking is the story now!! being such a big petrol pump they have no change to tender, secondly 3 staff on ground shift (including the cashier) at the pump and they question customers to tender exact change / or pay by POS, worst part they begin to raise their voice on us as customers (if change could not be paid, I feel the same needs to be mentioned before the fuel is re-filled). To my thought, I offered 200/- bucks to the to the guy in advance when the fuel pipe had been fitted in our two-wheeler tank for re-fill, which was later handed over to the cashier who had not conversation etiquettes at all. The screaming from both ends went on for a good 3-4 minutes. We as customers have the right to raise our voice but the staff does not!! When asked for the scandalous Manager - P G Virginkar Petrol Pump, he walks out of the office and says we did not have the audacity to raise our voice on him and his disrespectful staff -- "slow clap to the MANAGER - P G VIRGINKAR PETROL PUMP". basically to avoid conflicts coming on to the petrol pump and just end the whole conversation this scandalous manager responds to me like this, In fact I would say HE DOES NOT HAVE THE BALLS TO BE A MANAGER in the first place, a REAL MANAGER would have supported in whatever way and brought in a closure with a respectful solution to the whole scene created by his dis-respectful staff right in front of other customers / passerby's by the road side. We left, thinking not to ever visit this SCANDALOUS PETROL PUMP EVER!! The MANAGERS attitude and un-professionalism is what made me take this on social media. Not forgetting the loss he made for the fuel place himself. I wish the owner of "P G VIRGINKAR" to look into this on priority basis. I am sure staff cleaning would definitely be required.
