★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It does what a petrol pump should. Till date, not a single instance of cheating. But the workers sometimes get a bit aggressive.
It is a Bharat Petroleum outlet and has service like tyre gas filling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cheat people. I had swiped card for 500 they told me its declined and again I did and double payment happened from my bank. I had reported them about this gave transaction number and contact number. But no response from them and money also were not recovered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly the place has become one of the worst pumps near margao city in terms of customer satisfaction and interaction.
Staff are always quarreling amongst each other, a lack of manager to control the staff or assign customers to the proper filling bay has never been smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually like this pump, so I drive 10km to get to this pump.
A similar thing happened to ke today at this pump, and ill explain how this SCAM WORKS.
Whenever you goto fuel your car/bike and tell the fuel attendant the amount to fill say example for a car Rs1000. The attendant will fill for only 300 and say he dint hear properly that its 1000 Rs.
Then he or another fuel attendant will distract you saying your
a) car tyre pressure is low
b) are you paying by card or cash
Meantime the attendant who is fuelling will start to refuel from 300 onwards to 700 while your distracted. Remember he has NOT RESET THE METER TO ZERO. And then during the bill he will claim he rested the meter to zero and charge full 1000 Rs. But in reality he has only filled 700rs. So he has cheated you Rs 300.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've generally had a good experience with the staff at this petrol station. Staff are good whether they fill petrol in two wheelers or four. What I like most of this pump is that they have a dedicated person during the day to top up pressure in your tires. The service is free. I haven't seen this at too many petrol pumps. Waiting time is not much. Quick service.
