So I registered for the classes and had conversation with Guruji regarding my problem,
They understood the problem first nd then they worked on my problem
& made a customized plan for my body accordingly.

My yoga trainer is Varsha mam who is very calm trainer,
Also she takes regular follows up & guide very properly.
Also the whole staff of Brahmavarchas Yoga Academy Is Very Well Mannered,
I have interacted with only varsha & preenu mam they both are the best yoga trainer that i have encountered. ❤
