★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice faculty which teaches yoga in a very friendly way. Personal attention is given to each student. Ayurvedic remedies are also adviced along with customized yoga sessions for personal medical complications. Meditation is also practiced. In total a very good center for yoga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been learning yoga since first week of December 2021. I was suffering from severe cervical issues and was in extreme pain. I had tried allopathy, homoeopathy, accupressure, massage etc but got no relief for nearly two weeks. But when I started yoga here I got total relief within three days . Yoga ,pranayam etc are taught with great attention to details of mudras, correct posture and breath movements . I am very happy with my experience till now , and I feel gradual improvement in my general health.
