★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Place for Hangout with your Better Half, Family, Friend.. Ambience was so good..Music player is on..Suggest a song..They will play for you..No chaoas in the premises..Best thing is the smoking Zone❤️ is seperated..Last but not the least The food from Momo I am was so authentic..feel Tibetian/South east asian/Chinese authentic food in Barrackpore..Price rate is little bit high but as per authentication this is okay..One suggestion please install a Big screen LED for football/Cricket match purpose.. That's all..& I will visit again surely when I come to Barrackpore..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed. I ordered a Budweiser Magnum for Rs 350/-. And they informed me that it will not be chilled as the had some issues with the refrigeration.
I ordered any way as I needed a beer to relax. Not happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here since 2012, never have I ever had such an experience with the hospitality before a new manager who have been hired recently.
I would like to tell you that he is extremely arrogant on his part and asks individual to leave the bar if a group has 18+ individual (note: that individual is not drinking and just having food)
1. He should not send servers to table and ask the customer to see the time.
2. He should know the ethics of how to handle a bar (being a so called manager)
3. Even your security guard said that the manager is insane.
4. Your manager is a BIG TIME LIAR. (I hope you know why I used Caps)
To the owner- If this manager you've hired stays, I bet you will be dealing with a worst nightmare in the upcoming days for getting the goodwill of BRAIL BELLS decreased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a very good Bar with a nice ambience. It is established in 2004 so its a old establishment. The staff are polite and the place is clean. There is a separate sevtion for couples. They also have a smoking zone inside. They have collaboration with momo i am so you can order food from the momo i am menu. The place is very close to Barrackpore so its easy to locate too. If you are looking to hang out with friends and a few drinks this is the place to be.
