★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired this company to build an MVP for my company, their pre-sales Sam was extremely competent and pleasant to deal with. After a 2 month process of explaining our MVP requirements, speaking to 2 different project managers and interviewing developers, we decided to go with the company, making a deposit of $800.
This was when all the issues started. From the minute we made payment, the project manager Shreya stopped communicating. It took 2 weeks before she even gave me a timeline of when she would begin the project. Even after she provided the timeline, she missed her deadline by 2 weeks and after a total of 1 month since we signed the project, she had only completed 3 splash screens which my team had already created.
What's worse is the management team, their only focus is on keeping you on as a client to ensure that they don't lose your business. Rather than even listening to the problem, their only focus was on trying to sell me further services, promising '100% satisfaction and lifetime support. At this point I decided to cut my loses, and ended up paying $800 for absolutely NOTHING.
I have all the email communication of their incompetence, use them at your own risk. If only their actual development team was as good as their sales team.
