★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company does not deserve to get fit in the IT Work Status and Culture of Sector V. All the high-level managers are rubbish. They behaves as if they are the managers of CMMI Level 5 Company. Shyam Steel is a great company. But Shyam Future is really thirdclass due to the higher-level managers. I have worked in Shyam Future for 3 years. They will not pay your last month's salary. The managers will do politics and will only recruit people who will oil them. Each and every saturday is working. You will never get 2 consecutive leaves no matter whatever emergency happens in your family. You need to be remain logged in for 9 hours. You are not even allowed to go out from office to buy food as well. The managers are really the worst categorized. I recommend you all never to join Shyam Future Tech.
If you can get an opportunity to join Shyam Steel, we can surely accept the offer, but please its a warning message to join Shyam Future Tech.
They will ruin your life.
The ambience is similar to that of Call Center as most of the managers belongs to that class without proper educational background and proper behavior.
