Three employees own the shop, and each of them will give you a different price for the same item.
I've complained about the change, and he's always come up with lame excuse like market pricing increases and other nonsense.
They stopped entertaining you when they realised you were always heading to their store to buy the item (I'm not sure who they think they are).
In my opinion, They should be empathetic and set the price of each item.
