★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with this agency for a 3 month period - During that time, the agency was extremely unprofessional to deal with and were unable to deliver the points they had promised while signing them on. Whilst giving their initial presentation, they seemed okay, but once the campaigns had began, they would not give appropriate responses or feedback. They had taken a lump-sum amount for 3 months, and promised to manage our campaigns on Google, Facebook and other platforms, but during the 3 months, our ads were not shown on any of the platforms. We were not provided with feedback or reports. In addition, Mr. Harish, the director at the company, yelled at our staff. They were highly unprofessional to work with.
