Ground floor consist of a reception and a gym for girls only .. where you can find treadmill, cycling and many more ...
On 1st floor you will find gym equipments like...
Dumbbells ... Abs workout ...benches
2nd floor there is treadmill and cycling and legs workout and upper body workout... Shoulder, tricep, mix..
3rd floor you will find a steam room ...
If you take monthly membership... It's 700 and you will get 2 steam baths...
If you take quarterly membership... It's 2000 and you will get 10 steam baths I guess and rest you can see the pic ... For membership criteria

VERY LOW PRICE.. AND ALL MACHINES ARE NEW ans well maintained.
TRAINERS ARE GOOD.
Good staff.
Clean and hygienic area.
Provide changing room, shower facilities?, drinking water.
Separate area for girls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ITs very good infrastructure and new machines and you can hire a personal trainer at cost 2500 rs (optional) for a particular goal you get result surely after a month they give full guide and support to you and also help you to do more workout and a diet plan and motivation for continues doing hard work ?and 700 per/month for gym in this 700rs pack they guve general about machine uses and normal diet , if you know about all machine and exercises you can opt for this?
But music is on their control but you can ask for good songs? so overalls good?
