★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried bread darbar cake first time. Nd it was amazing experience..i m from delhi nd ordered a cake for my relative...i was worried whether this place is gd or nt...but my experience was soooo gd ..cake was super yum in taste nd beautiful in looks ..happy customer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No value for customers time. I had to miss an appointment due to these people. They just kept me waiting and delivered orders placed after mine. When I reminded about my order then they started preparing and gave false excuses instead of accepting their mistake.
Guy on cash counter was very unprofessional and was very stubborn.
Quality of food is okay. Go for sandwich. I do not recommend pizza or cakes from here.
Very bad experience.

I used to drive 5-6 kms for this bakery on weekends to get momos, and was loving the food, especially the momos, but always felt wanting for good customer experience.
Overall, despite good food, the place was average for me due to customer xp, and the environment was uncomfortable.
However, one day, while getting sezwan momos and Pastries, I requested for another bag, as I had to hang it on bike.
On the request, it was accepted, and a guy took away my order, and when I saw him packing, I noticed, he was putting both the items in a single large bag. And I correctly pointed out, that it was stupid to mix hot and cold stuff in a single bag, and asked him yo revert the process and use another bag.
He refused, and when I said, how much could they save in a simple cloth bag, he, in presence of other customers, downright scolded me, and when I said I can pay for the bag, he asked for 5 rupees.
I asked for the card machine, and he didn't brought, which I knew as it was broken earlier, and I couldn't pay through it.
I thought it best to not extend the situation, and got out, without proper packaging, and the momos, as they had curry, have spoilt the pastries, and ofcourse, my perfect Sunday mood.
This pathetic reception, when customer is willing to pay premium price for good ambience and customer care.
Will never visit again, and advise you guys as well, if you love your self respect.
Edit: They are asking for kya pareshani hai sir' as the reply of this review, instead of reading and finding it. Pathetic mentality.

Also you may enjoy your meal in Dine-in.
A small area good for celebrate birthday party n some treats here. Around 10 to 15 people gather here easily.
Cold coffee n some pizza variety are most famous things here.
A quite n small place where you may relax.
Staff is very good n polite.
